  1. Playing this would require 4 extra arms, 16 extra fingers, 4 pieces of concrete hollow blocks, a 48 hours per day practice for say about 60 years.

  2. Only 10 fingers for 88 keys limits a pianist's possibilities. Even with two pianists playing four-handed, the hands can't be everywhere at the same time.
