Chris Evans unveiled the new long-haired look for his character Steve Rogers in the latest Avengers: Doomsday trailer that released on July 20. But Rogers isn’t the only OG returning to save the world, as the trailer heavily features Thor (Chris Hemsworth), who states, “We’re going to need a miracle.” Despite passing on the Captain America shield to Anthony Mackie’s Sam Wilson after the events of Avengers: Endgame in 2019, Rogers appears to come assist in this latest battle, joining his fellow Avengers and the new heroes who’ve taken on the mantle from the original crew. And while news of Evans’ return has been public for months, the Captain America star had repeatedly denied being involved with Avengers Doomsday before revealing his homecoming. “I’ve just stopped responding to it,” the 45-year-old told Esquire in January 2025. “Yeah, no—happily retired!” Full Story:

Russo brothers. More of the same. Joke , joke, blurry cgi, blue screen everything , more jokes ,,,,
I honestly would have loved Steve from endgame just like how the teaser 1 of doomsday showed, but again russovs like to mislead some details in every movie so maybe this bearded one is fake.
I don't think that Avengers: Doomsday will be that good. Compared to the previous four Avengers movies, it could be the worst one. Avengers: Kang Dynasty probably would have been better.
The build up for it has been virtually nonexistent. The line-up of heroes is very underwhelming. Where's Doctor Strange, Hulk, Spider-Man, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Captain Marvel, Wong, and pretty much everyone else from Avengers: Endgame that wasn't killed off? (Not to mention Deadpool and Wolverine.)
I'd probably be more excited if Marvel made a season 3 of Loki that ties into the movie or a 4th season of "What If…?".
